According to TheaterMania.com, the “cast and creative teams” of the HBO drama series, Big Love, starring Chloë Sevigny opposite Bill Paxton, Ginnifer Goodwin and Jeanne Tripplehorn, will participate in panel discussions at Outfest 2009, the 27th Annual Los Angeles Gay & Lesbian Film Festival. New event, everyone! Yesterday, June 22 2009, Chloë Sevigny hosted the Nightlife Preservation Community Launch in New York, NY. Chloë looked hotter than ever at the event in a white “Free the Beatrice” tee (referring to Chloë’s brother Paul Sevigny’s Beatrice Inn), denim mini shorts and grey cardigan. Love this look to death! The gallery has been updated with the first 12 medium-res photos of Chloë at the event; as always, we’ll keep our eyes peeled for more.

Apologies for the delay in updates. It’s literally dead quiet in the world of Chloë Sevigny right now, so there’s been essentially nothing to update with. Here’s a small report from Examiner.com on Chloë’s upcoming Fall 2009 menswear/unisex collection for Opening Ceremony:

Most importantly, Chloë Sevigny is helping to bridge the gap between the mainstream and avant garde with her collection for Opening Ceremony. Chloë herself has built a reputation as a muse for many designers because of her sophisticated and unusual style. Now instead of buying quirky vintage clothes for her own wardrobe, she is sharing it with the rest of us. In the collection we see opaque tights worn as pants, with oversize menswear shirts and sweaters. Most unusual of the collection is the printed peg leg pants with a high waist. Of all the eccentric pieces in the Fall ’09 collections, those pants are the ones I’m most curious to see whether or not they will appear on the streets of New York.

… well, technically, anyway. A spot-on illustration of Chloë Sevigny “in Louis Vuitton” is featured in Lula (UK), issue #8, on newsstands now, and Andrew was once again kind enough to send in the scans. Isn’t it dead-on? I love it! Check out the scans at our gallery!

Oh, Chloë, my favorite look yet this year! Yesterday, June 1 2009, Chloë Sevigny showed up at the Calvin Klein Collection & Visionaire 56 Solar Launch in New York, NY, looking amazing in a white Chloé blazer and denim mini shorts. She really loves her blazers this year! Only three seven medium-res photos of Chloë at the event so far, but as always, new ones will be added if such are found.
